Triumph introduces pioneering "Reserve My Triumph" technology
Triumph Motorcycles has introduced an innovative new online reservation service, Reserve My Triumph’, that allows customers to secure their next new Triumph motorcycle in their preferred colour, with ease.
For the first time, any new Triumph model can be reserved online, with colour selection and a fully refundable deposit placed through the chosen dealer in a single, streamlined transaction. The selected bike is then allocated by the Triumph factory for the customer and prioritised for early collection.
The technology integrates factory and dealer systems, maintaining the strength of the dealer relationship while delivering greater choice and peace of mind. Initially available in the UK across the full Triumph range, the service will expand to Europe and other major markets from Spring 2026.
Reservation fees start at £250 for standard models, £500 for limited editions, and £150 for Triumph’s TXP electric youth bikes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, with PCI DSS compliance and support for credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, then transferred to the customer’s preferred dealer.
Paul Stroud, Chief Commercial Officer, Triumph Motorcycles said: “Reserve My Triumph represents a major step forward in delivering convenience and confidence for our customers. The new service ensures everyone receives a high quality of service and a seamless, simple ordering process. For the first time, customers can ensure they can get their perfect model and colour choice direct from their preferred dealer. Combining the flexibility of online reservation with the trusted service of our dealer network, we are ensuring that riders can secure the bike they really want.”
