SHIPPING & DELIVERY

To guarantee that your order is dispatched on the same day that you place your order, you must place your order before 12pm. This applies on working days only. If your order is placed after this cut off time, or on a weekend day, your order may be shipped on the next working day. 

If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days after your order has been dispatched, please inform our eCommerce Customer Service team on ShopSupport@triumph.co.uk. It is your responsibility to raise this within 7 working days from point of dispatch.

To track your orders please enter your tracking number in Track My Order. This will confirm the status of the order through from ‘received’ to ‘dispatched’.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can use the tracking number provided on your confirmation email from DHL.

We are able to deliver within the United Kingdom when selecting our free standard delivery option.

The expected delivery time is based on your location. You can expect 1-2 working days delivery for mainland UK addresses and between 2-5 working days for regions such as:

• Isle of Man
• Isle of Wight
• Northern Island
• The Channel Islands
• Northern Highlands
• Orkney and Shetland
