Triumph ‘Ride with Legends’ Loyalty Exclusive – Terms & Conditions 

By registering for the Triumph Ride with Legends event (“Event”), all participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

1.Event Eligibility

1.1 - The event is exclusively open to owners of one of the following Triumph Motorcycles: 
- Triumph TF 250-X 
- Triumph TF 450-X  
- Triumph TF 250-E  
- Triumph TF 450-E  

1.2 - Participants must be the owner of the motorcycle they are bringing to the event.

1.3 - Entry is by invitation only. Ownership of one of the eligible models constitutes eligibility for invitation, subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

1.4 - Triumph Motorcycles reserves the right to verify motorcycle ownership at any time before or during the event. 

2. Rider Experience Requirements 

2.1 - This event is intended for experiences motocross and enduro riders only. 

2.2 - Riders must have previous motocross or enduro riding experience and be capable of riding safely and competently in a group riding environment. 

2.3 - Triumph Motorcycles and the event organisers reserve the right to refuse participation to any rider who, in their reasonable opinion, does not posses the necessary experience, skill level, fitness, or ability to safely participate.  

3. Motorcycle Verification 

3.1 - Participants must provide the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the motorcycle they intend to ride during registration.  

3.2 - The VIN provided must exactly match the motorcycle brought to the event.  

3.3 - Any participant who provides incorrect information or arrives with a motorcycle that does not match the registered VIN may be refused participation. 

3.4 - Only the registered eligible Triumph motorcycle may be ridden during the event activities.  

4. Rider Participation  

4.1 - Registered riders will be provided with access to event activities as determined by Triumph Motorcycles and event organisers. 

4.2 - Every participating rider will have the opportunity to take part in at least one riding session featuring Triumph Racing athletes, subject to weather conditions, safety considerations and operational requirements. 

4.3 - Triumph Motorcycles does not guarantee riding duration, rider group size, athlete availability, specific riding formats, or individual coaching sessions. 

5. Motorcycle Condition 

5.1 - Riders are responsible for ensuring that their motorcycle is safe, properly maintained and suitable for off-road riding.  

5.2 - All motorcycles must be presented in a roadworthy and mechanically safe condition appropriate for off-road use. 

5.3 - Triumph Motorcycles reserves the right to prohibit any motorcycle from participation if it is considered unsafe. 

5.4 - Riders are solely responsible for: 

  1. Fuel
  2. Tyres 
  3. Maintenance 
  4. Repairs 
  5. Mechanical failures
  6. Recovery of motorcycles 

5.5 - Triumph Motorcycles accepts no responsibility for any damage, theft, loss or mechanical failure relating to participant motorcycles. 

6. Safety Equipment 

6.1 - Riders must wear suitable motocross or enduro riding equipment at all times while on track, including: 

  1. Approved helmet 
  2. Goggles or eye protection 
  3. Riding jersey and trousers 
  4. Glove 
  5. Boots
  6. Appropriate body protection 

6.2 - Any rider not wearing suitable safety equipment may be prohibited from participating. 

7. Waivers and Documentation 

7.1 - All riders must sign the Triumph Ride with Legends waiver prior to participating. 

7.2 - All riders must also sign any waivers, indemnities, declarations or participant agreements required by the venue, circuit, track operator or event partners. 

7.3 - Failure to complete any required documentation will result in refusal or participation. 

8. Spectators and Guests 

8.1 - Riders may attend as part of a group of up to five people  

8.2 - Each registered rider may bring a maximum of four spectators. 

8.3 - Spectators attend entirely at their own risk. 

8.4 - Spectators must remain within designated areas at all times and follow all instructions issued by event staff and venue personnel. 

8.5 - Triumph Motorcycles and the venue reserve the right to remove any spectator whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. 

9. Conduct 

9.1 - All participants and spectators must behave responsibly and respectfully towards: 

  1. Other participants  
  2. Triumph representatives 
  3. Racing athletes  
  4. Venue staff  
  5. Marshals
  6. Event personnel  

9.2 - Dangerous, reckless or antisocial behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event. 

9.3 - Any participant failing to follow instructions from event staff, marshals or safety personnel may be excluded from further participation without compensation. 

10. Photography and Media 

10.1 - Photography, filming and content capture may take place during the event. 

10.2 - By attending the event, participants and spectators grant Triumph Motorcycles and its partners the right to use photographs, video footage and other recordings containing their likeliness for promotional, marketing, advertising and editorial purposes without additional consent or compensation.  

11. Event Changes and Cancellation 

11.1 - Triumph Motorcycles reserves the right to amend the event schedule, activities, venue arrangements            or participant groups at any time. 

11.2 - Triumph Motorcycles reserves the right to postpone, alter or cancel the event due to circumstances including, but not limited to: 

  1. Adverse weather 
  2. Safety concerns  
  3. Venue restrictions  
  4. Operational requirements 
  5. Circumstances beyond its reasonable control 

11.3 - Triumph Motorcycles shall not be liable for any costs incurred by participants arising from event amendments, postponement or cancellation, including travel or accommodation expenses. 

12. Liability 

 12.1 - Participation in off-road motorcycle activities carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury, serious injury, death, property damage and financial loss.  

12.2 - Participants attend and participate entirely at their own risk. 

12.3 - To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triumph Motorcycles, its employees, representatives, partners, athletes, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation in the event. 

13. Acceptance  

13.1 - Registration for, attendance at, or participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

13.2 - These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the rider waiver and any venue-specific documentation provided by the event organisers. 

IMPORTANT: A participant waiver and venue/operator waiver will be required and must be signed before any rider is permitted onto the track. 

On-the-road retail price inclusive of first registration fee, Vehicle Excise Duty, manufacturer’s delivery to retailer, number plate, petrol, first service labour† and VAT @ 20%, 2 years complimentary Triumph Assist cover with every new Triumph. European Rescue now included. Twin colour premium may apply. We reserve the right to amend prices and parts (including colour) at any time and without notice. *For Enduro OTR please contact your dealer.
