Bevan’s Build Off base was the already beautifully classic Thruxton R. The team’s desire was to combine a set of comfort-enhancing handlebars, offering a lighter feel when riding and a delivering a bold visual design.Adding to the visuals, Bevans chose a bright Miami Blue colour for the tank, contrasted against a gloss black tank strap, monza cap and logo.

While Charlie, Bevan’s dealer principal, looked after the design element, Edy in the workshop was tasked with making Charlie’s vision a reality. A number of significant modifications included a CNC-machined top yoke, a new 2 into 1 exhaust system, miniature indicators, stop taillight, custom short front fender, custom tail tidy and motone ribbed engine casings. The result is a beautiful custom bike that is a joy to ride.
