Macadam Triumph Racing
British Supersport
The Macadam Triumph Factory Racing team lines up for its third season in the Quattro Group British Supersport Championship with the Triumph Street Triple 765. With new signing Brad Perie out of action following an injury in testing close to the season start, Max Wadsworth, who has competed for the last two years with the team, is joined by the ultra-experienced Billy McConnell for the opening rounds of 2026. At round three of the series, it is planned that Australian-ace Oli Bayliss – who is also competing for PTR Triumph Factory Racing in the FIM Supersport World Championship - will take to the track for the Triumph outfit.
Bayliss, who enjoyed his podium with a second place in the British series last season as a wildcard for Macadam Triumph Factory Racing, and has enjoyed a positive start on the world stage this year, is excited to have the opportunity to race in the UK again and brings some continuity between the two factory teams with Perie unfortunately being ruled out of competition. Oli, whose father also raced in the British Superbike series some years ago – winning the championship in 1999 - has been testing the bike alongside Max and the team is aiming to repeat the podium and victories it has enjoyed over the past two seasons. Wadsworth has been edging ever closer to regular top six finishes, and looks to capitalise on everything he’s learned over the past few seasons racing the Street Triple.
