RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have extended our returns period to give you the best experience with Christmas gifting. Any orders placed from 3rd of November to 31st December 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026. Any orders placed after 31st December will be subject to our standard returns period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have returned an item to us and are awaiting confirmation of your refund, this will be confirmed to you from week commencing 5th of January 2026. We appreciate your patience over this time.
