There are a number of routes for contacting Triumph’s UK team, see below for which is right for you:
For Parts, Clothing & Accessories:
Please contact your authorised Triumph Dealer. Find yours here.
For technical assistance or warranty:
In the first instance we ask that you contact your Triumph-authorised dealer directly. If you have done this and your dealer has not been able to help you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, outlining the nature of the problem and quoting the last 6 digits of your motorcycle Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) (frame number) and the name of the dealer you have visited (we regret no action can be taken regarding warranty unless your motorcycle has been inspected by an authorised Triumph dealership).
Please note this email is applicable to the UK and Ireland only. We regret we cannot assist with warranty queries for bikes registered overseas.
For general enquiries you may wish to first visit our Frequently Asked Questions section. Customers can write to us at Triumph Motorcycles Ltd, Harrowbrook Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3DJ.
For press enquiries relating to the UK and Ireland only please contact Performance Communications on email@example.com with a subject line of 'Triumph Website Enquiry'.
For enquiries relating to Triumph outside the UK and Ireland please contact the Triumph-authorised distributor for your territory. You can find these details on their respective website.
Buy With Confidence Programme
Your Triumph motorcycle is designed to provide you with miles of enjoyable riding. However, should you wish to make a customer complaint through the Buy With Confidence Programme (www.buybikeswithconfidence.co.uk) the National Conciliation Service (NCS) should be your initial point of contact.
