Northern Rat Pack tour to Black Forest

 During the last week in August 2013 (21 Aug - 1 Sept) the Northern Rat Pack will embark on a trip from Hull to the Black Forrest, Germany, and return to Newcastle on a 12 day (11 nights) tour.

The tour will consist of short days on the bikes taking in some beautiful continental scenery, and will include seven days exploring the Black Forrest. The maximum distance ridden on any one day will be 220 miles.See below for a brief itinerary and approximate costs.

Outbound:
Day 1: Hull – Rotterdam (Ferry), Rotterdam – Gerolstein (220miles)
Day 2: Gerolstein – Gengenbach - Black Forest (200miles)

Seven nights at Hotel Pfeffermuhle, Gengenbach

Homebound:
Day 1: Gengenbach – Vianden (200miles)
Day 2: Vianden – Amsterdam (220miles), Amsterdam – Newcastle (Ferry) 

Approximate costs:
Ferry: £350 two up. (£180 solo).
Accommodation: £365 per person sharing twin rooms.
Dinner Bed & Breakfast included at Vianden and Gengenbach.
B&B at Gerolstein.
