Autumn Winter 2011

Autumn Winter Collection is here!

Headlining this season's range is Triumph's Sympatex Light Jacket - the first motorcycle performance garment to incorporate specially designed LED lighting technology, offering the rider greater levels of visability on the road.

The Light Jacket, (pictured right), does not rely on a direct light source to reflect, but provides a superior alternative to standard high visability clothing.

Prone to off roading? The 'no compromise' Kalahari Jacket and Jeans offer a waterproof, windproof, and breathable garment with removable lining for greater flexibility. The Kalahari jacket's party piece is a large hidden mesh which can transform the Kalahari from a waterproof thermal jacket to a fully perforated summer jacket.

The season's range also sees a new range of heated technology with the introduction of the Thermotex Heated Jacket and Gloves. The jacket is a soft shell fabric construction and includes EXO2 heat technology. The EXO2 heating source provides a consistent and comfortable heat to the lower back, kidney area and front abdomen without wires. The jacket can be plugged in to a rechargeable battery or can be connected direct to the motorcycle’s auxiliary power socket.

The Explorer Jacket (pictured right) is also back in the range this Autumn.

For Autumn Winter 2011 the Steve McQueen range has expanded further with the introduction of a number of garments that draw their inspiration from two motorcycles races McQueen took part in. Both the McQueen ISDT T-Shirt and Hoodie are replicas of garments he wore during the 1964 International Six Day Trials in East Germany. In addition, the McQueen 955 Race T-Shirt and Zip Thru celebrate McQueen’s success in the 1962 Four Aces Moose Run in Adelanto, California.

The latest Heritage series sees the introduction of a number of new T-shirts influenced by Triumph’s rich history of motorcycles, people and events, branching out to Japan, France, Italy and the USA. The Japanese Auto Racer T-shirt is inspired by a Triumph powered auto-racer that competed at speedway flat track events in the 1970’s. The Montlhery tells the story of the original Thunderbird and the Parisian racetrack that was the destination for three Triumph test riders in 1949. The Italian Importer recalls Bepi Koelliker, the original Triumph importer for Italy, who raced customised Triumphs most noticeable for their white exhaust downpipes in the late 1960’s.
