In order to redeem the Prize the entrant must respond to the notification by the Promoter within two (2) weeks or being told by the Promoter that they were chosen, the entrant is not the winner until they have done so within that time.  If the Promoter is unable to make contact with the chosen entrant within two (2) weeks of the initial draw being made (such that the chosen entrant acknowledges that they have won within that time), a replacement will be selected at random.  It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that its details are correctly provided and that they are available, the Promoter will not be responsible if it is not able to contact the first person randomly chosen OR if the first person randomly chosen does not respond within the allocated time.

In consideration of being awarded the Prize each winner will have to attend the Triumph dealer that sold them the bike, in person, bringing the ID that they originally used to identify themselves.  The winner may be required by the Promoter to take part in publicity related to the subject of the Prize Draw and they confirm by entering that they will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of the entrant’s name and image (which they will provide on request) and statements made by the entrants concerning the Draw and/or the Prize.
